Ingredients
• 1 lb. (2-4) Tania grated
• 2-3 cups water
• 1 tin sweetened condensed milk
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 2 bay leaves
• 1 Nutmeg

Instructions
1. In a medium sized pot pour one cup water and bring to a boil with your spices (Cinnamon Stick & Bay Leaves).
2. add grated Tania
3. Stir, using a wooden spoon and add more water slowly as needed
4. When the mixture thickens, add condensed milk (sweeten to your liking)
5. Pour porridge in serving bowl
